IQE is committed to protect the safety & health of its employees and the sub contractor/agencies and the general public involved or affected by the construction. It is the policy of the company that its operations are executed at all times in such a way that safety, health, and welfare of all its employees and all persons affected by its operations are protected. The safety aspects are monitored and maintained by a dedicated and qualified team reporting directly to the Operations Manager. All the employees are given intensive training program on a regular basis by experts and safety tool box talks are conducted daily before commencement of routine works. Safety engineers ensure the protection and safe operation of all plant and equipments on regular basis. All operations are conducted to minimize any detriment to the environment. Hazardous chemical and any inorganic material is handled so as to reduce its adverse impact on the environment. The company complies with all laws and policies of the Sultanate of Oman, set by the ministry of environment.
